Paralegal The candidate must have either a Bachelor's Degree and/or a paralegal certificate from an ABA approved paralegal program. 2+ years' litigation experience is required which should include experience with managing a large caseload. Labor and Employment experience is preferred. Prior experience with trial preparation and trial attendance is mandatory. Candidates should possess strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication (oral and written) skills. Should have an aptitude for detail; the ability to work efficiently, and to work under pressure with or without direct supervision. Must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time and be familiar with computerized databases and on-line services.
