Personal Injury Attorney Candidate will draft motions, proof of service, preparation for trial, discovery, trial motions, etc. Will take cases all the way up to trial. Will include the following: Initial Pleadings/Complaints, Propounding and Responding to Discovery, Motion Writing, Trial Preparation, Maintain calendaring system for upcoming court dates, statutes of limitation, defend at take depositions etc. Must have 3+ years of litigation experience.
