Part-Time Junior Paralegal - Workers' Compensation Defense Candidate will provide legal counseling and representation in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States to local, national and international businesses, financial institutions and insurance companies. Will represent businesses, employers and individuals in multiple areas of law. A Certificate in Paralegal Studies from an ABA approved organization or a bachelor's degree is also required. Must have 1-2 years' experience in PA worker's compensation defense law and billing experience. Must also have strong organizational skills and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
