Entry Level/Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for legal research on immigration and criminal laws, and drafting Motions, Briefs, and preparing submissions to the Immigration Court, Board of Immigration Appeals, Court of Appeals and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) with training and supervision. Should have Bachelor's Degree/Commensurate Experience or International Equivalent. Must be enrolled in Law School or Paralegal or Commensurate Experience working for a Law Firm. Paralegals, 1st or 2nd Year Law Students, LLM students, Entry Level or Associate Attorneys are preferred. Should have 1+ Years of Experience Practicing Immigration Law. Knowledge of Spanish and French is a plus. Knowledge of Immigration Law is required. Deadline: August 31, 2019.
