Attorney The candidate will have exposure to a wide range of cases including catastrophic injuries, medical malpractice, employment discrimination, civil rights, class actions, and consumer fraud. Must have strong legal research and writing skills and be proficient in all stages of civil litigation. Must have deposition experience. Trial experience will be given additional consideration. Advanced computer/technology skills are preferred. Must have strong legal writing abilities, excellent attention to detail. Should have strong communication and organizational skills. Must be well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel.
