Legal Secretary - Litigation The candidate must have superior interpersonal and organizational skills, communicate well with attorneys and clients, be highly motivated to learn and have strong attention to detail and accuracy. Must thrive in an environment that is client-focused, fast-paced and deadline driven. In addition, the candidate must be familiar with state and federal court rules and procedures, be able to handle electronic filings and also be able to adapt to new and changing demands. Strong word processing skills and the ability to utilize advanced features of Microsoft office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is also necessary.
