Immigration Attorney Responsibilities: Representation of clients before the administrative immigration agencies including the USCIS, the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals as well as the Federal District Courts and Courts of Appeal. Drafting of legal documents, petitions and forms in business, family and removal cases. Gathering of evidence in support of applications, petitions and relief from deportation. Frequent (daily) client contact with a wide variety of clients from all over the world. Requirements: 2+ years of immigration law experience. A professional self-starter with a strong work ethic and good attitude. Must be passionate about the work we do and the clients we represent while at the same time understanding the business side of a law firm. Must have acumen for marketing and business development. We value extreme organization, excellent analytical, oral and writing skills and confidence when dealing with clients. Must be comfortable with billing and collections procedures. Spanish speaking is required.
