Immigration Attorney The candidate will demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills and strong organizational skills. Must demonstrate dedication to working as a part of a team, and the immigrant community we serve. The duties include: Representing clients at bond, master, and individual hearings in immigration court; Representing clients at USCIS interviews; Brief writing and legal research; Preparing affidavits and letters of support; Meeting with prospective clients to evaluate their legal options; Managing a caseload including removal, family- and employment-based cases; and Working closely with partners, paralegals and administrative staff to provide excellent customer service. Must possess a JD and a license to practice law in any State. At least one year of experience practicing immigration law and Spanish-English proficiency is preferred. Portuguese language skills are a plus.
