Seeking a Paralegal with 3-5 years of experience defense. Candidate will work for law firm in the field of toxic tort litigation. Will work closely with partners and associates, and are responsible for tracking trial listed cases, requesting and preparing discovery materials, case work up and otherwise supporting the litigation team. Paralegal Certificate is preferred. Should have a working knowledge of the court system s procedures and filing requirements.
