Legal Secretary For Corporate Department The candidate will be maintaining attorney calendars, scheduling meetings, expense reports, check requests, and coordinating client file maintenance. Familiarity with utilizing a document management system such as NetDocs is ideal. Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are imperative. 5 years as a secretary in a law firm supporting multiple attorneys, preferably in business and tax. The ideal candidate must have extensive high-level organizational skills. Familiarity with business and tax filings is preferred. Must be accurate, attentive to detail, able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must have advanced knowledge of MS Word to create and edit correspondence, draft minutes, resolutions, disclosure schedules, and other legal documents.
