Attorney The candidate will assist on defense litigation areas - Personal Injury and Insurance Defense. Will take and defend depositions. Trial preparation including Strategy Discussion, Discovery, Records Review, Client Interview and Witness Preparation. Research into Complex Litigation Areas. Preparing and arguing motions and writs. Must have excellent analytical and critical reasoning skills. Must be GA licensed Attorney with 4-6 years of experience. Must have excellent communication and influencing skills. Must have aAbility to work independently and within a strong team. Must have Active Bar License. Participation in law review and/or moot court and prior deposition experience are a plus.
