Associate Attorney The candidate will work primarily on consumer and commercial collection matters. Will manage cases from inception to completion, review court pleadings, and court attendance. Should have a Bachelor's degree with J.D. degree. Must have prior experience in litigation, preferably collection law. Admission to practice law in the state of California is required. Multi jurisdiction admission preferred including Florida and/or Georgia. Knowledge of consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act preferred. Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.
