Post Closing Specialist / Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys and paralegals with closings, making minor changes to loan documents and scanning final documents for upload to a document management site. Must also be responsible for completing delivery packages of loan documents, drafting closing statements and relevant correspondence, and uploading all documents. Should have 3-5 years of experience. Experience with loan transactions a definite plus. Must be extremely organized and have the ability to work independently.
