Litigation Paralegal The candidate' should have proven working experience as a litigation paralegal/litigation assistant; Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment; Applicable knowledge of motions, discovery, litigation documentation, court rules and procedures, practices, etc. Should have Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail; Should have Extensive computer and database expertise; Answer questions and address complaints; Keep updated records and files; Take up other duties as assigned; The candidate'must have a minimum of 1-year experience working in a law firm handling personal injury cases. Bilingual is recommended.
