Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have 2+ years of civil litigation experience with an emphasis on written discovery, file organization, and summarization, gathering and summarizing medical records. Must have a Paralegal certificate (Bachelor's degree is preferred). Should preferably have experience with e-fling. Trial experience is a plus. Experience with trial presentation software is essential. Experience with large document control and organization is needed. Must be detail-oriented with strong computer skills, including familiarity with eDiscovery platforms. Must have excellent communication and organizational abilities. Must be a team player. Must be a self-starter. Must be professional and reliable.
