Litigation Legal Secretary The candidate will handle multiple tasks and become an integral part of client service. Maintain electronic and traditional filing. Should have 5 years of litigation experience. Insurance defense experience is preferred. Must have experience in billing clients and working with proformas. Experience with electronic filing in state and federal courts is an advantage. Should have previous experience in assisting attorneys with trial preparation, document management, and organization of trial binders. Knowledge of court procedures and rules in West Virginia is beneficial. Must be proficient with drafting of routine letters and other documents. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and intermediate knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint are desired. Excellent verbal and written communications skills - exceptional grammar, spelling and proofreading ability are important.
