Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5 years of law firm experience and demonstrated ability to tackle pending cases at any point within the litigation process to play a major role supporting trial partners and associates in a boutique litigation firm which specializes in defending companies in personal injury and property loss matters on a regional and national bases. Familiarity with highly sensitive factual content and courtroom exposure a plus. Responsibilities: daily case management and administration, drafting discovery and pleadings, investigative research, trial preparation. Skills: superior written and oral communication, outstanding organization, attention to detail, concrete knowledge of legal field and defense work. Ability to work with minimal supervision, think independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet aggressive deadlines. Strong PC/MS Word skills. Document management software a plus. BA/BS or paralegal certificate required.
