Litigation Attorney The candidate will gain immediate experience working with clients, taking depositions, appearing in court, and learning how to do develop business. Should have 3 years of civil defense litigation experience. Must be licensed attorneys in good standing in the State of Colorado. Must be Colorado licensed attorney in good standing. Civil litigation experience is mandatory. Must have strong academic credentials. Trial experience is preferred. Must have exceptional writing skills. Must have excellent research and analytical skills. Must have interpersonal communication skills. Must be proficient Microsoft Word and Outlook (Microsoft Office 365 preferred) skills.
