Associate Attorney The candidate will represent clients in Family Law, draft legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions. Will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients with issues relating to Family Law, Divorce, Custody, Child Support and Paternity. Advise clients in all areas of Family Law, Divorce, Custody, Child Support and Paternity. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Attend hearings, mediations and trials. Ability to handle full case load efficiently. Must currently be licensed to practice in Utah. Previous experience in Family law required. Should have familiarity with various legal documents.
