Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have experience in assisting attorneys primarily in the area of Immigration law. Must possess: excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work independently and efficiently, a professional presence and demeanor, an excellent work ethic, superior interpersonal skills, and be organized and detail-oriented. Must have 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience. Banking Experience Highly Preferred. Should have excellent word processing, Excel, and related skills (search engines and research databases -Westlaw and/or Lexis/Nexis). Spanish fluency preferred. Paralegal Certificate, AA and/or BA degree is essential.
