Part-time Immigration Paralegal The candidate will handle a diverse range of cases. Will be gathering information and evidence from clients to assemble immigration applications; Meeting with clients to draft declarations in support of their applications; Assembling and filing immigration applications; Researching country conditions for immigration waivers and asylum applications; Supporting the attorneys in a variety of other legal tasks. Must have a genuine interest in immigration law and a desire to help our diverse clientele. Experience highly preferred, but exceptional candidates without experience will be considered. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Hours per week: 30-39.
