Associate Attorney The Candidate will be responsible to advise clients concerning, claim liability or legal rights and obligations. Attend depositions, hearings, mediation and arbitrations. Negotiate Personal Injury Settlements, Handle Workman s' Compensation claims. Knowledge of Spanish language proficiency is a plus. Must be licensed, or will soon be licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona. Should be self-starters, possess strong analytical, negotiation, organizational, interpersonal and communications skills. Must have a strong sense of urgency about problem solving, meeting challenging deadlines and achieving critical goals. Must be organized and able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
