Business And Or Immigration Removal Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years preparing Removal cases, Cancellation of removal, Appeal Briefs and motion to reconsider/reopen to the BIA, Waivers, Asylum, Withholding and CAT before EOIR, and be comfortable handling Master and Individual hearings, and also before USCIS in applications for Adjustment of Status and Naturalization and preparing client for interviews and/or experience in business immigration, including extensive experience in H-1B, L-1, E-1/2/3,EB-5, O-1, R-1, J, H-1B non-immigrant and immigrant visas and PERM applications Must also possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills and have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office application and have the ability to be well-versed in proofreading and time-management skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
