Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney The candidate will work closely with other attorneys and Partners on insurance coverage matters. Draft coverage opinion letters. Draft pleadings, motions, and handle discovery in coverage litigation. Provide clients with insurance coverage advice on a variety of subjects. Communicate with clients and draft reports to clients. Must have JD from an accredited law school. Must have admitted to practice in the State of Illinois. Should have 3+ years of experience at a law firm, insurance carrier, or working as In-House Counsel. Should have 1+ years of experience handling insurance coverage matters and litigation. Experience in both third-party and first-party claims required. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
