Personal Injury Attorney Candidate will primarily entail handling all aspects of pre-litigation and litigation for personal injury cases along with managing staff members and associates working with you. Will have the opportunity to learn from other trial attorneys with proven records of success! In addition to one-on-one training, has a training program that includes weekly group training. Will be a part of a fast-paced team environment and will have all the necessary support to allow you to grow as an attorney and to focus on the proper workup of your cases in preparation for settlement or trial. Will be supported by attorneys, legal assistants, nurse consultants, and other staff who will help lead client communications, obtain and prepare documents, and assist with the various demands related to cases. Overall organization and attention to detail are necessary to this position along with the willingness and ability to regularly interact with clients, adjusters, and other lawyers/paralegals over the phone and in person. Qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law in Illinois. 2+ years of experience in personal injury. Prior Experience with Personal Injury Cases is required (either Plaintiff or Defense). Computer savvy. Solid problem solving and time management skills. Great interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Strong attention to detail. Highly organized. Able to multitask efficiently and effectively.
