Legal Support, Paralegal Duties: Reporting to the Senior Associate Attorney, the Paralegal Team Lead will supervise a team of 2-3 paralegals to ensure proper and timely preparation and filing of family based visa applications and petitions, including but not limited to AOS, DACA, TPS, Consular processing, SUS, VAWA, Naturalization, Re-entry Permit, Removal of Conditions. Assign cases to team members, train new staff, review paralegals work prior. Develop and maintain trusting and professional relationships with clients. Manage a high volumes of as assign cases to team members. Train paralegals and review work. Prepare complex case work as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred. 7 years of experience in family-based immigration, including family based petitions, AOS, DACA, TPS, Consular processing, SUS, VAWA, Naturalization, Re-entry Permit, Removal of Conditions. 2 years lead/supervisory experience. Proficiency with case management systems. Well-organized and consistently meets established deadlines. Excellent research, analytical, written and oral communication skills. Proven track record of leading, training and developing paralegals. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work easily with a wide variety of individuals. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Spanish proficiency is a plus.
