Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate will be involved in all aspects of insurance subrogation litigation. Must have at least 3 years or more of litigation experience and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties and responsibilities include drafting pleadings and motions; propounding and responding to written discovery; taking and defending depositions; assuming significant responsibility and strategizing from case inception, investigation and litigation up to and through trial. Must be organized and familiar with all aspects of the litigation process and must demonstrate effective planning, problem-solving, analytical skills, exercise sound judgment, have the ability to prioritize workload and assignments, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Should have strong organizational and time management skills; the ability to multi-task and prioritize and be organized and detail oriented. Bar required.
