Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate's duties include: Support senior attorneys in handling complex cases; Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs and conference notes; Conduct depositions and handle court appearances; Provide counsel to insurance claims departments; Manage litigation caseload Conduct discovery research, analyse and summarize legal documents and contracts. Work with senior attorneys on legal project., Should have JD degree from accredited law school. Must be Active member in good standing with the Arkansas Bar. Should have 2 years in civil defence litigation. Should have excellent writing, communication, and research skills. May require conducting depositions, some court appearances.
