Fiduciary Tax Analyst/Paralegal The candidate must have experience preparing individual income tax returns (IRS Form 1040) and fiduciary income tax returns (IRS Form 1041) preferably in a public accounting or law firm setting. Must have one tax season of experience. Estate and trust administration experience is beneficial. Familiarity with existing tax software preparation platforms- Pro Systems for IRS Form 1041's, Ultratax for IRS Form 1041 preparation and GEMS for any estate/gift tax returns (IRS Form 706/709) is preferred.
