This boutique New York law firm has lawyers that serve institutional and industrial clients in areas such as e-commerce, intellectual property, manufacturing, utilities, labor and employment, environmental, real estate development, financial services and entrepreneurial business. Attorneys work together in a team oriented environment and receive relatively competitive salaries.
Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 2 years of experience. Should have experience preparing all types of Immigrant (EB1, EB2, and EB3 petitions), PERM applications and Nonimmigrant (E, H, J, L, O, and TN) petitions. Experience working with the immigration case-management system INSZoom is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be highly motivated with strong organizational skills (with emphasis on detail) and the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
