Bankruptcy Attorney The candidate must be experienced in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy matters, meeting with clients, preparing petitions, including experience in court hearings involving 341 meetings, motions, confirmation of chapter 13 cases, post confirmation matters , responding to motions, etc . We are looking to hire an individual who can work efficiently as part of a team, as well as complete individual tasks on a timely basis. This position requires the ability to be able to advocate client position in court effectively. Must have 1 year of solid bankruptcy experience.
