Associate Attorney The candidate will be responsible for working in all aspects of real estate litigation and transactions, landlord-tenant, cooperative and condominium, and general commercial litigation, as well as leasing and conveyancing. Must have 3+ years of experience in, cooperative/condominium, landlord/tenant and/or general commercial litigation, and an interest in transactional work. Trial and courtroom experience of any type is a plus. Should have excellent writing skills, be detail oriented and work independently in a team environment.
