Immigration Paralegal The candidate will have a bachelor's degree and strong writing and analytical skills. Great attention to detail is required. Experience as a paralegal with immigration law or family law is required. Foreign language skills (Portuguese or Spanish) are a plus. Responsibilities will include drafting immigration forms, compiling submissions to USCIS as well as immigration and family courts, translating foreign-language documents (where knowledge allows), obtaining records from courts and other government offices, assisting clients in drafting declarations reflecting their experiences, and general administrative tasks.
