Personal Injury / Workers Compensation Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate typical duties will include calendar management, scheduling, file management, drafting court documents (pleadings, filings, notices, discovery, investigation, etc.), ordering of medical records, abstracting medical records, trial preparation, and client relationship management. Should have 1 year of experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred. Some experience with workers compensation and/or personal injury is preferred.
