Litigation Paralegal for Personal Injury Firm The candidate will work on a team of 4 paralegals with cases divided among 4 attorneys with cases that are in the pre-litigation and litigation to ensure efficient and timely processing of all duties associated with the cases Assist in coordinating deadlines and filing requirements for multiple clients at once. Must have a Paralegal certificate required, however, experience in the field is accepted in lieu of a certificate. Should have 2+ years experience in litigation paralegal work and 2+ years experience in the personal injury field. Experience required with filing pleadings, scheduling hearings, coordinating depositions, sending and replying to discovery requests, and managing the case file. Fluency in Spanish is desired. Must have excellent phone and email communication skills. Self-motivated, adhere to deadlines.
