Labor & Employment Practice Attorney Candidate will be an integral member of the department, and will gain meaningful experience working with attorneys and fortune 500 clients. May include legal research, drafting position statements, witness/fact investigations, discovery work, and motion practice. Assists with day-to-day advice work, including preparing and revising employment policies of all types. Must have prior law firm experience, 3+ years of prior employment law experience and must be admitted to practice in California, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, or Texas.
