Should have excellent analytical, writing, and legal research skills, strong attention to detail, and work with a sense of urgency. Must exhibit a "client first" approach to the practice of law. Should preferably have 2+ expereince in Leasing; Real Estate Transactions; Commercial Property Acquisition / Selling / Development; Operations and Ownership Agreements; Contracts and Commercial Lending. Licensed to practice in Ohio.
