Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle primarily plaintiff's side business and real estate disputes. Will be ambitious, smart, hardworking, personable, and energetic. Must be good with organization, communication, multi-tasking and time-management, and know how to perform efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment. Must have extensive litigation experience. Must have solid work history with strong references: 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Will responsible for discovery, demand letters, filings, legal research. Will draft complaints and answers. Will assist with administrative projects.
