Legal Secretary The candidate duties include: Organizing and managing documents and case files; Performing real estate records research; Performing legal and factual research ; Preparing correspondence; Reviewing construction contracts; Assisting with trial preparation including the assembly of exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders ; Coordinating the collection, review and production of documents and responding to discovery requests ; Assisting with the preparation, filing and service of pleadings. Legal and records research skills are needed. Proficiency in MS Office Suite Products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required. Must have working knowledge of document management system (Worldox), e-discovery system (Eclipse), and time reporting system (PC Law). 3-5 years of experience in litigation is required..
