Paralegal - Legal Assistant Criminal Law/Civil Rights Candidate will assist with related civil rights litigation and appeals in criminal defense law firm. Will work directly with attorneys to prepare cases for trial, prepare and respond to civil and criminal discovery demands, get involved in fact-finding projects, help prepare motions and appeals, summarize facts from case records, and be responsible for maintaining litigation files.
