Associate Attorney (Civil and Construction Litigation) The candidate Should have 2 years experience as a licensed litigation associate. Must have experience with the Mechanics Lien Act. Conduct and prepare necessary and appropriate pleadings, discovery, hearings, depositions and other litigation related tasks. Advise and communicate with clients rendering clear, unambiguous legal opinions and advice. Understand and creatively use technology; apply technology to the process of law to improve quality and reduce cost. Knowledge of business. Willingness to participate of Firm Marketing efforts.
