Trial Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years experience. NJ & PA license required. Position will require litigating bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters in both PA and NJ. Experience with construction, warranty, breach of contract, fraudulent transfer or preference litigation would be helpful. Must be able to handle high volume of matters, have the ability to travel locally to court houses throughout PA and NJ, conduct legal research, draft pleadings and negotiate settlements.
