Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of litigation experience. Experience in first party property plaintiff insurance litigation is a major plus. Must be admitted to practice in Florida. Must be someone who respects, and can work well with, others. Have the ability to handle a large case load. Ability to practice in Federal Court is desired. Knowledge in another area of practice is an asset.
