Business/Civil Litigation/ Estate Planning Attorney The candidate's duties include: Draft transactional documentation, such as purchase and sale agreements, shareholder agreements, and operating agreements. Networking and community involvement to grown personal practice and develop clientele. Draft pleadings and other litigation documents. Research laws, legal opinions, and regulations relevant to needs of client. Assist senior attorneys in drafting legal documents. Assist clients in drafting documents related to their estate. Should have demonstrated academic excellence.
