Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have experience in civil litigation and workers' compensation. Should be skilled in preparation of first drafts of complaints, answers, discovery, requests and discovery responses and in obtaining, compiling and summarizing complex medical records, deposition transcripts and in performing legal research on Lexis. A paralegal certificate is required. High school or equivalent (Preferred). Experience of 1 year (Preferred).
