Litigation Paralegal The candidate will assist on litigation case management, preparing filings and documents, medical records summaries, and trial preparation. Will assist the litigation attorneys with managing the litigation docket. Prepare simple pleadings and litigation documents. Assist attorneys in litigation/li Prepare litigation summaries for inclusion in litigation status log. Prepare and maintain quarterly pre-litigation and litigation reports. Coordinate, and calendar heavy litigation dockets for litigation matters. Worked at a large litigation firm. Maintain files on litigation and employment matters. Managing automobile and general liability litigation matters. Managing litigation and employment related matters. Assist with responses to written discovery in litigation matters. Maintain comprehensive litigation matrices and database to catalog all active litigation matters. Representing the company in litigation. Respond to litigation discovery and third party subpoenas. Manage multiple litigation and abritration matters. Ensure all litigation hold inventory. Providing litigation paralegal support to the firm in all practice areas. Prepare litigation report to auditors. Assisting senior attorneys on a variety of litigation matters. Update litigation files, including complaints, pleadings and settlement documents. The candidate must have 3+ years of substantive General Liability (GL) litigation experience. Comprehensive knowledge of all facets of trial: case management, document review, and trial experience is required. Must have proficiency in e-discovery and litigation support tools such as Relativity. Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and have excellent oral and written communication skills needed. Medical background or experience is a plus.
