Family Law Paralegal The candidate will work directly with the attorneys to prepare for upcoming cases, get involved in fact-finding projects and assist in drafting pleadings and discovery responses for all cases. Will assist the attorneys and other paralegals/legal assistants throughout the firm. Indexing and maintaining the filing system. Drafting pleadings and discovery responses. Direct and frequent communication with clients, opposing counsels, and court staff, e-filing. Trial and hearing preparation. Assisting the other paralegals/legal assistants, as needed. Must have 2+ years of family law experience, excellent attention to detail, research skills, the ability to work under pressure, great communication and organizational skills.
