Legal Secretary The candidate's duties include: Drafting correspondence/pleadings/medical indexes; Scheduling medical appointments and depositions; Editing/proofreading; EAMS filing experience preferred; Maintain calendar and diaries; Administrative tasks associated with legal duties; and Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and familiarity with case management systems required. The candidate should have ability to effectively communicate and interact with clients, attorneys and staff. Strong verbal and written communication required. Excellent spelling, grammar and proofreading skills; and Reliability required. 2 years minimum of recent workers compensation defense experience required. Typing 60 wpm is preferred. Transcription/dictation experience required.
