Immigration Attorney Candidate will work as part of a team providing high-quality legal services to our clients, which include global companies, start-ups, non-profit organizations, hospitals and universities, among others. Will work closely with a Partner and support staff to file H-1B, L-1, O-1, and TN nonimmigrant petitions, PERM labor certification applications, EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 I-140 petitions, and I-485 applications for permanent residence, including drafting lengthy legal documents; corresponding directly with clients; and attending interviews at the USCIS local office as needed. Will also support a small volume of family-based and naturalization cases. The candidate will have a JD Degree, MA license, and excellent writing, multi-tasking, prioritizing and time management skills. Business immigration experience, including experience with EB-1, O-1, and/or National Interest Waiver cases, is required. Must be organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and have a strong sense of accountability and ability to take ownership of and responsibility for cases.
