Personal Injury Attorney Prestigious National Firm Immediate Hire The candidate's duties include: Communicating directly with clients develop case valuation & strategy; Handle pre-litigation files to settlement; Handle and manage litigation files from inception through trial; Prepare motions and memorandums of law; Prepare pleadings, discovery, demands and responses; Draft reports and provide file analysis. Should have CA Bar membership in good standing. Must have strong communication and MS Office Skills; Should have excellent work ethic, be a self-starter and able to litigate a case from beginning to end.
